E-mail exchange is now the basis of business communication. About 300 billion e-mails are sent every day in the world1 and this number continues to grow – a number that is practically unimaginable. These numbers are impressive, but how does this relate to the organization of our clients?
On average, an employee of the company receives about 121 emails per day2. They send a little less, about 40 e-mails a day. These numbers for the entire organization turn out to be quite large. With 100 employees, the company receives about 12,000 e-mails a day and sends about 4,000. It is a serious stream of information and data which additionally has a growing tendency because according to statistics, 86% of people prefer e-mail communication as the primary source of business communication.
